My family has hired Mitch Leaman and his crews to work on five residences, a barn, a boathouse, a 135' long classic wooden pier, and a slate-roofed three room garden shed in Milton, Charlestown, and mid coast Maine over the past twenty or so years. Two of the residences are large late 19th century historically significant structures with exquisite exterior trim and window detail and interior ornamental mill work. The work has included exterior painting and restoration, interior painting, sheet rock and mud work, and a great deal of interior and exterior trim construction and restoration that included finish carpentry and shop work.
